David from Red Seal was a consummate professionalism. He diagnosed the issues related to my washer plumbing setup, provide great insight in layman’s language and proposed a plan of action and costing. The outcome was a success. He maintained a tidy workspace and minimized household disruption. As noted above, a true pro. If I ever need plumbing work done, I will use Red Seal again.

If I can give Red Seal Plumbing 10 stars out of 5, I would do so in an instant. In short, this company just does the job right in every way possible. I hate it that their service was needed in the first place, but I am also grateful that I had found Red Seal. Our 57-year house suffered a major flood in the winter, and we called several companies to come and do an estimate. Some gave cheaper quotes but when you look at the actual quotes, something just didn't seem right. When Alex from Red Seal came, he listened carefully to what happened to our house, examined carefully around the perimeter, and proposed to me what he felt the problems were, while also outlining some potential complications that could make the job more complicated (and costly). I felt right away that the quote he gave would actually entail the job that needed to be done to fix the problem, so we decided to go with Red Seal. David, the lead man on the job, came with his crew after we confirmed the job, and he was the most wonderful man to work with. Detailed and communicative, he came early each morning to outline for me what he would plan to do for the day, and when I returned from work each day, he would give me a debrief over what had been done, observations he had made, and what to look ahead. He and his crew also kept what could have been a very messy work place extremely clean. On multiple occasions, his crew or David himself would spend time hosing down, sweeping their work area just to keep things clean and tidy. Some complications and additional problems were discovered as David and his crew continued their work. David and Alex came and had long discussions with me, and came up with several solutions to deal with those problems. The solutions they proposed tried to minimize additional costs, while also ensuring that the future water safety of the home would not be compromised. I had an excellent experience with Red Seal's plumbing service from Adarsh. He arrived right on time, quickly identified the issue with my clogged kitchen sink, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He provided an exact quote upfront, then got straight to work and completed the job perfectly. He even cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Adarsh replaced our sump pump. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He had previously come to inspect our water situation and explained everything to us. He was honest in telling us what exactly was needed and what was not needed. He completed the work as per his quote. We would recommend him highly. Yvonne

Fantastic service! Pablo fixed the kitchen sink backup (caused by the building line), verified proper flow, and left the area spotless. Only after everything was resolved did he call the property manager to walk them through the work and recommendations. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a good experience with Red Seal Plumbing. This was the second time I’ve needed their services. Phablo did a really great job and took the time to explain my options and showed me a photo of what the end product would look like before even beginning. Showed up early in the 3 hour window provided during booking, so that was great. Phablo was very polite and professional the entire time. I’d recommend them. A new review… Just had Red Seal come out to my house to deal with a clogged bathroom sink, where the clog was beyond the P-trap within the wall. They were able to come out the next morning as I didn’t feel it was an Emergency situation. I had the same gentleman, Phablo, who my previous review was about. Same as before, showed up early in the service window provided and was able to make quick work of the needed repair. Very happy with Phablo and his professionalism. Still happily recommend Red Seal. Thank you.

Although it was a frustrating job because of how poorly everything was initially installed, David hung in there (for hours) and completed the challenging task. It’s now a safe and usable under mount kitchen sink with no fear of it falling away from the countertop again. Thanks David…excellent job and customer service at a reasonable price

I was looking around for a plumber to replace our very old water heater I found Red Seal Plumbing and got an estimate and had the water heater replaced same-day the technician working the job was Phablo and he was one of the most professional techs I'd had the privilege to have work in my home. Came on time explained everything that needed to be done worked quickly and efficiently. I and my family have found our new plumbing company to call whenever there is an issue or we need an upgrade. Phablo was great with everything we needed and loved having our dog Daisy work beside him. all estimates were on the dot and the job is perfect! Thanks so much Red Seal and Phablo.
